Dr. Arunava Narayan Mukherjee, B.A.(Hons.), L.LB, M.A.(LSW), MBA ( Applied Human Resource Management ) UGC NET, PGDPMIR, PGDHRM, PhD, Post Doctorate is is currently CAO ( of the Rank of Deputy Registrar with Independent Charge ) & Head - Student Wellbeing MDI, Murshidabad besides being Professor of Practice in Human Potential & Associate Director ( Advisory ) Bonhomie India. He is Guest Faculty for Administrative Training Institute, Government of West Bengal, Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Institute of Business and Computer Studies, Faculty of Management Sciences, Siksha \'O\' Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, State Labour Institute, Government of West Bengal. He is the recipient of Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Fellowship (CG) for his PhD research. Students in Management and served as Professor and head of institute / college under various universities, prominent Business Schools. He is PhD supervisor for Calcutta University West Bengal University of Technology and ICFAI University Jharkhand. He presented papers in various national and international seminars, conferences and has considerable number of publications to his credit. He has been awarded the stature of Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by All India Management Association (AIMA) and Silver Medal and honour for case study presentation by National Human Resource Development Network and XLRI respectively. Professor Mukherjee has been the Corporate Trainer of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and conducted several MDPs & FDPs.
