As a World Language Spanish teacher, I have taught Spanish 1, 2, 3, 4, and AP, and Italian I-II in present classes, teaching instructional learning skills such as grammar, speaking, phonetics, reading, writing, composition, and cultural aspects of the target language; incorporating technological solutions adaptable for different learning skill levels. I have planned and incorporated Spanish teaching lessons, applying systematically the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) guidelines and methodologies, integrating learning performance descriptors such as interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational. I have integrated instructional technology in my lesson plans for remote or in person teaching courses, applying the following software programs such as PowerSchool, Google Classroom, incorporating tutoring, classwork and assignment worksheets, and cyber Spanish learning resources. On the other hand, I have trained and coached executive staff, directors and supervisors of government agencies in areas such as strategic planning, decentralization of the government system, educational administration, new concepts and trends in teaching methodology, organizational management systems, legal concepts in higher education, advanced technology and systems in government agencies, management control within public administration, principles of ethics in supervision, practical guide on strategic management, introduction to information systems, developing leaders, team building, etc. Among my future professional and academic goals is to collaborate in the curriculum and strategic planning of global educational leadership and management, educational policies, integrating an international world languages curriculum program in those countries open to different cultural aspects and commercial exchanges.
