I hold a Ph.D, supported by formal training in management and economics through an MBA in Finance, M.A. in Economics, M.Com, PGDAST, and PGDIBO, and I am UGC-NET qualified in Management. My academic journey reflects deliberate depth rather than accumulation, shaped by sustained engagement with teaching, research, and institutional responsibility.I bring over 13 years of teaching experience and 3.5 years of focused research exposure. My research domain lies in banking and financial services, with a specific emphasis on financial innovation in banking and its impact on the financial performance of Indian commercial banks. The central thread of my work is to understand how innovation moves beyond adoption narratives and actually alters balance sheets, risk behaviour, and long-term performance in Indian banking institutions.Currently, I serve as Assistant Professor and Head of the Graduate School of Business at Tula’s Institute. In this role, I operate at the intersection of academics, administration, and institutional leadership. I have been actively involved in NAAC and NBA accreditation processes, contributing to academic documentation, criteria-wise analysis, outcome-based education mapping, and inter-departmental coordination. This involvement has given me a grounded understanding of quality assurance systems, compliance discipline, and how accreditation frameworks can be used as instruments for academic strengthening rather than mere formalities.My professional strengths lie in planning with clarity, executing with discipline, monitoring with intent, and balancing resources under pressure. I am comfortable handling multiple academic and administrative functions simultaneously, particularly in environments defined by tight timelines and high expectations.
