Dr. Ardy Farokhirad is an American-Iranian businessman and banker Specializing in business development, credit, and risk management, he has held senior leadership roles in commercial lending, business banking-middle market and credit administration, underwriting and structuring of wholesale credit, portfolio management of complex and large-scale business accounts, as well as the sales and operational management of commercial, business, and retail banking at several banks including Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Through strategic processes and project management capabilities, Dr. Farokhirad introduced lobby management at one of the largest banks that later on became a standard of practice at all the major banks such as Wachovia, Bank Of America, and JP Morgan Chase. Farokhirad took early retirement in 2010 and began developing his own franchise business model, best known as the Krave Kobe Burger. Dr. Farokhirad, resumed his banking profession in 2015 and accepted an opportunity at California Bank & trust in charge of eight commercial banking offices throughout the Los Angeles Basin. Later in 2018, Dr. Farokhirad Joined JP Morgan Chase & Company where he serves as the Vice President - Operations Manager in commercial term lending. Dr. Farokhirad has completed his Doctoral degree in business administration with focus on leadership and management from the prestigious Liberty University. Dr. Farokhirad examined the phenomenon in organizational settings, evaluating whether inadequate training provided by the organization potentially contributes to job dissatisfaction and negatively impacts overall organizational performance.
