Over the past 13 years, my journey from a medical professional to an entrepreneur and then to an investor has been very dynamic. Through my experiences in building ventures and now being active as a Direct Co-Investor at PE companies, I have developed a deep passion for innovation and a thorough understanding of entrepreneurial processes.My target• Ticket size: 10-50M• Revenue: 20-100M • Shares: 20-100% • EBITDA: 2-4M (preferred)• Structuring: Primaries, Secondaries and hybrid approaches• Main strategies: Buy-outs, Buy & Build and capital increases• Regional: DACH-region, Benelux• Business services (digital platforms, SaaS, consulting and professional services, hospital and practice software, etc.), consumer services (e-commerce, D2C platforms, telemedicine platforms, etc.)• The companies must have reached at least breakeven, be EBITDA positive or have feasible plans for scaling and market expansion.If you are in sales, please DO NOT contact me.
