Dr. Apeksha currently works as a WASH Consultant in Healthcare facilities in Assam providing supportive supervision and feedback on improving WASH in Healthcare facilities. A Hospital and Healthcare MBA from top 10 universities and a graduate in Bachelors of Dental surgery (B.D.S), Dr. Apeksha has more than 4 years of experience of working as a Consultant and a Dentist and has managed the the clinical and administrative responsibilities of a large Super Specialty Dental Clinic as well. She has been recognized and rewarded multiple times for her professionalism and her ability to achieve targets and grow the business without losing touch with the humane side of interactions. As an accomplished Healthcare Professional, Dr. Apeksha has an in-depth knowledge of Medical Practices and challenges in the industry.    Development of Training Module/Material on WASH to be used across the State of Assam• Supportive supervision, Hands-on Training and Providing feedback for improving WASH Facilities• Facilitating Trainings to Healthcare staff in healthcare facilities identified under model labour rooms to ensure WASH facilities conform to the standards• Technical Support to the PHE Department: Leverage support & facilitate for convergence with National Health Mission(NHM) & Health Department in ODF aspiring districts & improving WASH in PHE facilities• Facilitate coordination in Health and PHED for joint planning, Monitoring and Review• Draft recommendation for development of new and upgraded IEC/SBCC materials on WASH in Health• Work closely with Public health engineering Department (PHED) and NHM and district administration of UNICEF focused districts to improve quality of WASH in health programme implementation, and monitoring • Prepare Report on Key Learning & Lessons for Stakeholders & documentation of initiatives undertaken.
