Spearheading initiatives under the “Enhance Access, Quality and Integration of Urban Primary Healthcare” project across Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), focusing on system-level improvements in urban health services.Leading research and implementation efforts for “SAMAGRA Mother and Child Health”, Mysuru, Karnataka, supported by the Infosys Foundation, with a focus on maternal and child health outcomes.Designing and executing mixed-method research projects—responsible for developing Terms of Reference (TORs), conducting literature reviews, formulating study protocols and tools, obtaining Ethical Clearances, coordinating with field staff and partner organizations, and preparing final reports and dissemination materials.Contributing to competency-based training programs for Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, and Medical Officers, aligned with national healthcare standards.Strengthening emergency services in Madhya Pradesh through facility assessments based on IPHS 2022 guidelines, analyzing IRTS data, and developing state-level action plans in collaboration with government stakeholders.Supporting the Bhopal Health City Project to enhance infrastructure and service delivery mechanisms.Developing proposals, concept notes, and working papers on key public health domains including Health Financing, Out-of-Pocket Expenditure (OOPE), Generic Drugs, Cancer, Sickle Cell Anaemia, and RMNCH (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health).
