Associate Professor | Research & Development Cell Head | HRM Specialist | Author | Ph.D. SupervisorI am a NET-qualified Associate Professor in the Faculty of Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University, with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. I hold a Ph.D. in Environmental Management & Sustainable Development, and my specialization lies in Human Resource Management. Currently, I head the Research & Development Cell, fostering academic innovation and guiding scholars in their research journeys. I have authored the book “Environmental Responsibilities & Sustainable Development of India: A Case Study of Indian Steel Industry” and published several papers in Springer, Scopus-indexed, and UGC CARE-listed journals. As a Ph.D. supervisor, I’ve successfully guided one doctoral scholar and am presently supervising three others. I’ve also served as a Resource Person for UGC-Academic Staff College refresher courses, sharing insights in Management. My core interests include HRM, Organizational Behaviour, and Research Methodology, and I remain actively involved in both academic and Research pursuits to contribute to holistic institutional growth.
