I work on the METROPOLIS project (Mechanistic Trial of Problem-Solving and Behavioral Activation for Youth Depression) — a 3-arm randomized controlled trial that evaluates the effectiveness of peer-delivered interventions (Problem-Solving and Behavioural Activation) to reduce depressive symptoms among college students in Delhi-NCR.My responsibilities include:1. To Assist in developing and implementing participant recruitment protocols for a 3-arm randomized controlled trial (RCT) on youth depression. To Coordinate participant recruitment logistics across 7 colleges in Delhi-NCR.3. To Support in training Metropolis Campus Ambassadors, enabling peer-led engagement for awareness and recruitment.4. To Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams and attend regular YMH coordination meetings to ensure smooth trial operations.5. To Contribute to trial documentation, recruitment tracking, and data management.6. To Ensure adherence to study protocols and ethical guidelines while supporting day-to-day research coordination.
