About Anupama Panduru

I wanted to always influence positive change. Make that wee little difference. Hence, I aspired to be a doctor. And I very quickly realised that my passion and dentistry were oxymorons. I missed the human connection. Passion always seeks to vent. I volunteered to an experimental calling. Teaching. I started with teaching English to high schoolers and then everyone to who it made a difference: job seekers, corporate employees. And loved it. I started to master all elements that enrich my interactions with people - workplace behavioral skills, neurolinguistics, brainbased coaching, executive coaching - that was a great curve! Passion also blurs boundaries. I naturally propelled into the multifaceted realm of Human Resources. Evolving beyond traditional HR roles, I became an architect of professional growth and humane workplaces. I built systems, practices and processes and drove teams to excellence across the length and breadth of Training/Learning, Development, People and Culture, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Over my 2 decades’ journey of everyday excellence, the buck always stops with me. I aim to shaping better workplaces. Better platforms where people can unleash the transformative power of human potential - one day at a time, one step at a time.
