Building a world class innovative Protein portfolio with an incredible team at Döhler. I previously co-founded a biotechnology and plant-based seafood company, where we pioneered the next generation of delicious, sustainable seafood, starting with Tuna, Salmon, and Shrimp. My work is fueled by a passion for the circularity of food systems, fermentation processes, and the development of functional and novel foods. I strive to blend traditional methods with cutting-edge Bio and Foodtech innovations to address the complexities of responsible and sustainable food production. I graduated from The University of Queensland, Australia, with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, First Class Honours in Food Science and Nutrition. I also hold a PhD, during which I explored the impact of soluble dietary fibre on digestive physiology using pigs as a human model.
