I am an IP enthusiastic attorney. I advise and represent international and domestic companies in complex cross-border patent disputes on the enforcement, assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights. As a litigator, I act before all German Patent Courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).Outside the courtroom, I provide strategic, contractual and transactional advice, including the coordination of pan-European matters.Based on my medical background I have grown my expertise in a broad range of technologies with a strong focus on life sciences over the past two decades.My specific interest lies on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and tech-enabled medical devices in the context of robotics and AI as well as SEPs and FRAND.Therefore you will find me exchanging on recent developments in this context as well as Patent Case Law and other hot topics of the IP World.
