ABOUT ANTHONY MOSS-ZOBEL
I help educational institutions, individuals and organizations use neuroscience to rethink how people learn, lead, and perform.I’m a neuroeducation and applied neuroscience consultant, researcher, ICF-PCC coach, and program designer. My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, learning, leadership, and behavior, focused on rigorous, research-based change rather than quick fixes.Through Neuro-Led Coaching, Training & Consulting, I partner with institutions that want to design learning and development aligned with how the brain changes, strengthen attention, decision-making, and performance, and take mental and brain health and identity seriously in how they teach, lead, and manage. My doctoral research in neuroeducation focuses on neuropedagogy in higher education—how educators and leaders understand and use neuroscience in practice, and what this means for learning outcomes, learner identity, and strategy. I’ve published conference work on “Neuropedagogy in Higher Education” and articles like “Performance Excellence: The Neuroscience of Performance Management,” positioning Neuro-Led at the crossroads of learning science and performance. I also write about the neuroscience of performance and performance management, examining how brain science can reshape feedback, leadership, and development conversations. As founder of Neuro-Led I design and deliver:• Neuro-Led Coach mentoring (ICF-aligned)• Programs: Neuro-Led Mindset, Neuro-Led Leader, Neuro-Led Teams, Neuro-Led Student Success, and Learning Expeditions for professionals and international students• Frameworks and tools (the GILB® model, Mindset Zones, LIGHT™ framework) that integrate emotions-as-information, the “Am I safe?” question, curiosity, and intentional action• Advisory, consulting, and facilitation on learning design, educator development, leadership pipelines, and performance culture.I have taught international learners at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels and worked with partners across Europe, Asia, North America, and West Africa. Current priorities include expanding neuroeducation in economically challenged environments and exploring how AI is changing attention, motivation, and learning. I’m committed to neuroeducation, neuroinclusion, and development as a “village” approach that connects students, educators, families, industry, policy, and community. If you’re developing the next generation of learning, leadership, or performance initiatives—and want them grounded in rigorous neuroeducation and applied neuroscience rather than slogans—I’d be happy to connect.
