ABOUT ANNE RATHBONE

25 years working in the voluntary and public sector, across regeneration, health, social care, youth and campaigning fields including as a freelance consultant for over 15 years. My ethical base is important to me and all my work practice stems from this. I believe everyone\'s voice is important and necessary for meaningful organisational change to take place. My PhD on resilience and self-advocacy was co-produced with people with learning disabilities, using co-inquiry as a method. This approach sees everyone involved as co-researchers, equal in their status as explorers and creators of new knowledge and decision makers in how best to present it. Specialties: community development; Participatory Action Research; Community based Participatory Research; Strategic development; project and performance management; service user/community engagement; participatory research methods
