Intensive care medicine is as much an art as it is a science, and it truly happens at the bedside.My work as the Founder President of the Educational Society of Bedside Intensive Care Medicine (ESBICM) is centered on a simple belief: that high-quality, evidence-based critical care education should be accessible to every clinician. At ESBICM, we focus on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical, split-second decisions required in the ICU.Our society is a community of like-minded healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes through continuous learning and standardized bedside practices. I am privileged to lead this collective effort to empower the next generation of intensivists.
