Instrumental in preparing various kinds of reports by evaluating and grading the students based on their assessments. Keeping in touch with current trends by reading the latest articles published in different magazines or other relevant literature. Planning and organizing for the availability of different study materials and laboratory equipment. Assisting the students in recruitment and advising them regarding their career decisions. Assisting to continue with the research work in the field and well-acquainted with to publish it. Involved in planning out a budget and arranging for external resources if there is a need Performing related administrative duties and supervising the laboratory. Suggesting and providing guidelines to raise the standards of the curriculum Assuming overall responsibilities of observer and invigilation duties for various examinations. Actively participating in administrative work during audits.Independent Research: Leading a research group at SRMIST of two Ph.D. and two M.Sc. thesis students as a PI, pursuing research activities funded by Govt. organizations. Mentoring M.Sc. thesis students to continue their doctoral studies overseas.
