I am a UK-based GP specialising in Dermatology and the founder of Decree Skincare, with a focus on redefining how we approach skin health.My work sits at the intersection of dermatology, longevity, and preventative medicine. I take a protocol-driven, evidence-based approach to skin - recognising that long-term skin health is closely linked to overall health, lifestyle, and internal balance.In clinic, I see first-hand the consequences of increasingly complex skincare routines. Many patients are unknowingly compromising their skin barrier through overuse of active ingredients, leading to sensitivity, inflammation, and poor long-term outcomes.This has shaped my philosophy:Skincare should be simplified, structured, and clinically guided.Decree was developed to bring this approach into everyday skincare.
