Hot Injection in Schlenk line: Synthesis of inorganic and perovskite Quantum Dots (QDs) and core-shell nanostructure (e.g, CZTS, Au/CZTS, CdS/Cu2S)2. Sputtering and spin coating3. Thermal evaporator: Used for depositing both top contact (e.g, Au, Ag) and interface or passivation layer (e.g, NaF, Al2O3, MoO3) in Solar cell device fabrication.4. Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)5. Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD)6. Glove box: for fabrication of bulk perovskite solar cell and Lithium Ion Batteries7. Standard Characterization techniques: FESEM, TEM, HRTEM, XRD, Raman, UV, PL, TCSPC, FTIR, XPS, UPS and TGA (for material characterizations)8. Solar cell characterization: I-V characteristics, External Quantum Efficiency (EQE), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) includes impedance, Mott Schottky and Bode plot9. Ultrafast dynamics: Excited-state dynamics of quantum dots and perovskite films with electron/hole transfer layer from femtosecond transient absorption (fs-TA) spectra.10. Low temperature PL and TR-PL studies: defect states, carrier lifetime and quantum confinement effect11. Lithium-Ion Batteries and Photo-electrochemical cells: cyclic voltammetry (CV), EIS12. Photo-Detector cells: I-V measurements for Responsivity and Detectivity calculations of the cells.13.
