ABOUT ANDREAS KANNT
I am Head of Strategy Supply Chain at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, one of the leading research organizations in Europe. I have been working in international strategic procurement for over 20 years, with a focus on the German Supply Chain Act, strategic energy procurement, internationalization of procurement and other SCM concepts. I hold a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.My core competencies are process modeling and reengineering, budget responsibilty and personnel management, as well as intercultural communication. I have worked in Canada, USA and South Africa and am a permanent guest lecturer at the University of Stuttgart to pass on my experiences to tghe next management generation. My goal is to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions for the supply chain challenges of today and tomorrow.
