Project managed launch of new partner referral education program, identified opportunity to provide direct training to partner service providers to refer new clients, led development and production of all trainings, and crafted launch messaging and logistics; increased overall referral rate to 1800 clients monthly, grew revenue, and increased client retention rates. Expanded educational programming to include underserved clients, collaborated with medical experts to rework existing education to best serve LGBTQIA+, Spanish-speaking, and other marginalized audiences. Direct team of 14 Healthcare Providers in virtual clinical excellence, determine job duties and success metrics, assign project and daily duties, collect status reports, and provide ongoing training and coaching; continually grow team to meet business needs. Actively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes, including resource shortages, scope creep, requirement updates, and missing deadlines, and work with key leaders to address issues; ensure team adheres to approved project structures as new tasks, change requests, and functionality is being proposed.
