Conducting review and assessment of individual case safety reports obtained and route the cases to approval activity-Perform triage of cases and determine seriousness and relatedness across products as assigned-Review and verify appropriate selection of adverse events from source documents, assign appropriate MedDRA code,assess labelling, review narrative, and provide the company comment in accordance with client requirements-Review all inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure each patient meets minimum level of acceptance into the clinicaltrial-Review Efficacy and Safety Profiles -Serving as a subject level data reviewer (SLDR) in identifying any anomalies in Patient reported data by Performing subject lab data review that require further investigation with clinical site to determine Overall accuracy-conducting in stream data trend analysis in support of data quality and integrity (includes protocol compliance and targeted review of patient data-Providing medical, clinical and scientific advisory expertise-Acting as clinical data scientist for performing data analytics by reviewing the visualizations, identify potential issues of concern and present at multi-disciplinary team meetings and external meetings-Tracking service performance and to provide leadership to identify root cause of issues and implement remedial actions.
