I am a development professional, with 20 years of experience in implementation, technical support, and research projects, supported by the Government, bilateral agencies, and CSR. I possess strong research, monitoring, documentation, program management, and capacity-building skills. I am skilled in developing M&E tools and knowledge management. I am experienced in designing and executing surveys, impact assessments, and evaluation studies, using qualitative and quantitative research techniques. I have worked closely with communities in rural/urban/ tribal areas and possess a strong understanding of community issues and apply them in strategic planning and program development. I have conducted ethnographic research with vulnerable communities. I have a deep understanding of data analysis and using data for strategic planning, implementation, business proposals and creating impactful knowledge products. I have authored many reports, technical briefs, model documentation, process documents, case studies, and success stories. I have published more than 21 research articles in national and international journals, magazines, and books. I have been a reviewer for the WHO Bulletin, the Journal of Patient Experience of Sage, the Journal of Multidisciplinary Healthcare of Dove Medical Press, and the journal Eco-Cities. I am also an editor in the Journal of Quality in Health Care & Economics of Medwin Publishers.
