Seasoned PhD-level Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience advising behavioral health and autism service organizations on clinical quality, operational excellence, workforce development, and systems-level change. My expertise lies at the intersection of applied behavior analysis, organizational behavior management (OBM), healthcare policy, and ethical leadership, with a specialized focus on compliance and implementation of the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA).I have led and consulted across the full lifecycle of ABA organizations—from start-up and scale to acquisition and national-level clinical oversight—designing parity-aligned clinical standards, performance management systems, and key performance indicators that protect quality of care while supporting sustainable operations. I am known for translating behavioral science into practical, defensible systems that improve outcomes, reduce regulatory risk, and align clinical practice with payer and compliance expectations. My leadership experience includes co-founding a highly ethical ABA organization in New Hampshire, a successful exit, and serving in executive and C-suite clinical roles overseeing multi-state service delivery.Workforce development is a core pillar of my work. I have designed and delivered extensive professional training programs for behavior analysts and technicians, including the development of a comprehensive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course and multiple competency-based leadership, ethics, supervision, and clinical quality trainings.
