I have extensive experience in work psychology, leadership behavior, unconscious mind, and mindset & emotional mastery.My academic journey has revolved around business administration since my first degree. The fascination to broaden my knowledge guided me through college, where I eagerly pursued a major in management and marketing. Taking courses in management and marketing only fueled my curiosity about the inner workings of the business world.In 2017, I had the opportunity to coauthor and publish my first book on Amazon.com,\"Leadership in Dynamic Organizations: Enhancing Performance, Creating Change.\" You can find it in both paperback and Kindle formats on the Amazon platform. I have also had the privilege of collaborating on two of Amazon\'s best-selling books, namely \"Canadian Success\" and \"Healing\".Aside from academia and university teaching, my formal introduction to the captivating fields of training and coaching began in September 2012 when I underwent a professional TrainTheTrainer course. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion and purpose in life.
