Experienced Technical Program Manager and Aerospace Engineer with a proven track record in the Defense & Space industry. Currently manages the Conjunction Assessment Risk Analysis (CARA) program, which provides collision avoidance support for approximately 70–100 NASA non-crewed satellite missions. This includes safeguarding against orbital debris and other satellites to ensure the safety of both the spacecraft and the space environment. Skilled in delivering strategic decision-making in high-pressure environments, particularly for real-time collision avoidance analysis and support, and maintaining space situational awareness for the Agency’s non-crewed operational assets in Earth orbit. Proficient in MATLAB, STK, and ODTK tools, with research and hands-on experience in satellite navigation, orbital mechanics, space situational awareness, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data science, high-fidelity force modeling, system fault detection, and space trajectory mission design. Holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
