I am an R&D Scientist with a PhD background in Polymer Science, bringing together academic research excellence and industrial product development expertise in the detergent and cleaning industry.My PhD and research career focused on Polymer and Supramolecular chemistry with development of functional materials, where I developed strong expertise in experimental design, analytical techniques, and problem-solving in complex chemical systems.Currently, I work on the development and optimization of liquid & powder detergents, cleaning agents, and specialty formulations, with hands-on expertise in:• Surfactant selection & performance evaluation• Formulation science & product stability• Detergency, foaming, alkalinity & quality testing• Sustainable approaches: biosurfactants, polymers & green chemistry solutions
