Done my MBBS from Manipal University and Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA) from TISS, Mumbai. Have been in working in the healthcare management consulting domain for close to 15 yrs and working with Roche Pharma as of now in the Market Access Vertical.Have worked extensively into hospital operations including business process re-engineering, transformation and improvement, procurement and supply chain rationalization, Health Analytics, HMIS (Hospital Information Management System) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) implementation and roll out support for multiple clients across the country. Have worked on projects for developing business and financial models, manpower rationalization, strategy advisory, feasibility studies, BI Tool Development, internal audit for group of hospitals etc.Have worked in the Public sector domain for projects like Public Private Partnerships, Transaction Advisory Services, Implementation and roll-out of healthcare schemes like Ayushman Bharat.Moreover, have diversified and worked into Payer, Pharma and Public Health projects too bringing in diversity and rich industry knowledge.
