I’ve always been instinct- and curiosity-driven — traits that first led me into research and later pulled me toward larger challenges in healthcare operations. Over the years, I’ve held diverse roles: from Junior Research Associate to Chief Operating Officer, where I focused on scaling hospital networks, leading teams, and building systems that could last.As MD of a hospital, I experienced healthcare at its most intense — balancing patient care, organizational growth, and crisis situations. The post-COVID period became a turning point. The strain and breakdowns I witnessed up close pushed me to rethink my path and explore where my skills could make a broader impact.That’s when I stepped into Healthcare IT and business leadership as a Managing Partner. Here, I began shaping technology-driven solutions that combined my operational experience with a problem-solving mindset — always guided by the instinct to ask the right questions and build answers that people actually need.Looking back, every role I’ve taken has had the same thread: seeing problems clearly, connecting dots across people and processes, and creating solutions that last. That’s the direction I continue to grow in — building at the intersection of healthcare, business, and technology, where curiosity meets execution.
