Dr. Aimee Callahan has worked in higher and nonprofit education and on the university level, community college level and in the state technical college realm for over 20 years. Dr. Callahan served as an Instructional Dean for over 9 years, faculty member for 13 years and Vice President of Instruction for both face-to-face and online college learning environments. She has served as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO), COO and is now CEO for The Learning Source. She has extensive experience utilizing data in creating, analyzing and managing successful face-to-face and online higher education academic programs. Dr. Callahan has a bachelor degree in Fine Art, a master degree in Communication, a master degree in Education, a master degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Strategic Change Management and her doctoral degree in Adult Learning and Postsecondary Education (with an emphasis in online learning) from University of Wyoming. Dr. Callahan has consistently maintained an average instructional success rate of the programs she has managed of over 91%.
