I lead the medical and translational strategy behind our wearable biosensing platform. My work spans clinical and scientific positioning, use-case definition, medical communication, strategic partnerships, and the translation of emerging sensor technologies into meaningful health applications.pheal is building a modular, multi-molecule biosensing platform designed to generate continuous biochemical insights through smart patches. Our platform is being developed for use across sweat, interstitial fluid, and capillary blood, with the aim of enabling earlier, more contextual health insights and supporting a shift toward proactive healthcare.

ABOUT AGNES MUSIOL

What drives me is a simple conviction: biology is dynamic. Health changes over time, in context, and often long before symptoms become visible. Yet many healthcare decisions still rely on isolated data points. With a background in biomedicine and biochemistry and more than ten years of experience across clinical research and development in pharma, biotech, and medtech, I work at the interface of science, medicine, and translation. At pheal, we are developing smart patch technologies designed to generate continuous biochemical insights from sweat, interstitial fluid, and capillary blood. Our goal is to make molecular information more accessible in real life and help enable earlier, more meaningful health intervention - always with the goal to keep people healthy, for longer. Because its not about lifespan - its about healthspan.Beyond pheal, I serve as Speaker of the Digital Health Working Group at DGPharMed and contribute to conversations around prevention, digital health, and the responsible translation of innovation into practice.I care deeply about building healthcare that is both scientifically rigorous and human-centered.Always glad to connect with people working on biosensing, wearables, prevention, translational healthtech, and the future of proactive healthcare.
