I am a gender and labour researcher with experience in academic teaching, research design, field coordination and evidence-based analysis. My work focuses on the intersections of gender, work, work-life balance, and organisational practices, particularly within the context of workplace transformation and digital labour.I have independently led the full research cycle, encompassing research tool design, qualitative and mixed-methods approaches, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and dissemination through reports, academic writing, and presentations.
