As a healthcare professional with experience in both operations and management, I am seeking a challenging role in a reputable organization where I can utilize my skills to contribute to the growth of the organization and stay updated on emerging trends in the healthcare sector. In my current role as a Team Manager at IKS Health, I lead a team of 15 Clinical Documentation Specialists to provide support to leading US Healthcare Organizations. Prior to this, I served as a Clinical Administrator (Radiology) at AIG Hospitals, where I led a multidisciplinary team of Radiologists, coordinators, nursing, technicians and billing staff of the department, responsible for the operations of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT, Radiation Oncology and Radiotherapy. During my time at AIG Hospitals, I also successfully set up online teleconsults during the COVID 19 crisis and advocated for the use of Kanban boards to ensure effective failsafe performance of the Tele consult team. As a self-motivated individual with adaptability and determination, I possess a strong clinical knowledge and patient handling skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and a basic understanding of SQL.
