I’m Dr. Aditi Hinge, a consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist, and the founder of Nysha Mind Wellness. With over 6 years of experience and individuals supported, I specialize in adult and child psychiatry, sexology, addiction management, dementia care and stress-related conditions.I hold an MD in Psychiatry (Gold Medalist) from LTMMC, Mumbai, and a DNB in Psychiatry from the National Board of Examinations. I’ve also completed advanced training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, USA, and dementia care training from NIMHANS, Bengaluru.At Nysha Mind Wellness, I lead a multidisciplinary team committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Our approach combines diagnostic precision with psychotherapy, medication management (when needed), and lifestyle interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.I work extensively with a wide range of concerns — from depression, anxiety, ADHD, and sleep issues to relationship challenges, sexual health concerns, and neurodevelopmental or behavioral issues in children.Alongside clinical work, I conduct awareness sessions in schools, colleges, women’s groups, and corporate spaces to promote mental health literacy and early intervention.I’m passionate about creating safe, stigma-free spaces for people to explore their emotional wellbeing.
