I\'ve been practicing as a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician in since 2005. I\'m also the founder of Big Wave Coaching, LLC. Learn more at mid-career plateau and impending burnout lead me to explore professional coaching and wellness endeavors, not only for self preservation, but to empower and elevate those in the trenches around me. That\'s how Big Wave Coaching was born. I\'ve completed hundreds of hours of training and coaching to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). This designation is the most rigorous and respected in the coaching industry, accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and considered the \"gold standard\" of coaching by the Harvard McLean Institue of Coaching. This work translates to every aspect of my life; professionally as a coach, in medicine with my colleages and patients, and personally with my friends and family.
