I hold the global portfolio for quality assurance and standards of education (15 countries, 250 schools and students). As a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team, I provide thought leadership and translate strategic plans into operational delivery processes and procedures, and I embody the values and beliefs of the organisation.I lead culture change related to educational offer, bringing a focus on the holistic development of each student.I developed an educational framework for I-PATH education, responsible for assessment and examination standards, conducting assessment appeals hearings, and serving as a line manager for the Chief Examiner.I lead the growth of business operations in the Netherlands, Nigeria, Vietnam and delivery partners in 15 countries. I have led the development of teaching methods at the Theatre School operations, and for I-PATH I have global responsibility for the academic standards in syllabi and teaching, budgeting and forecasting of operations (<£6 million), end-of-year accounting, good governance leadership, responsibility for due diligence and safeguarding functions. I have held people responsibility (including recruitment and development management), and created a comprehensive CPD programme to enhance staff retention and student outcomes. I have led the development of level 4, 5, and 6 teaching courses. VLE contract management and content approval.
