ABOUT ADAM ABOALKAZ
I am a Substantive Consultant Radiologist working in a Tertiary UK centre, with a sub-specialty interest in Abdominal and Pelvic imaging. I work with a range of multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to provide patients with multimodality diagnostics to inform and improve clinical management. I have an interest in complex and chronic benign and oncological abdominal and pelvic diseases and work across multiple diagnostic imaging modalities, including; Ultrasound, CT, MRI and fluoroscopy. I have presented my work locally, nationally and internationally at scientific meetings, including oral/poster presentations, webinars and hands on training workshops. I have an active interest in medical research with an honorary clinical lecturer university post and have completed a post-graduate Masters degree (MSc), in genomic medicine, acquiring a distinction, with a research project focused on Artificial intelligence (AI) driven Radiogenomic imaging biomarkers.
