Based on 20 years of management experience, a strong Finance and Operations background as well as a very positive transformation track record I have introduced my own management & personnel consultancy business in 2021; this focused on the Financial Services industry and Finance & Operations functions.In respect of personnel consultancy I am partner of Senator Executive Search Partners. I specialise in the competence centres Financial Services – Banking, Insurance Business & Financial Intermediaries as well as Finance, Risk & Operations functions. Besides that I have a focus on sports, sports companies and various types associations.Primarily I support my clients in all matters of personnel consultancy; i.e. in particular in order to fill Finance, Risk & Operations functions and management positions with tailor-made candidates.My motto is “To find and to attract the right people is key for success – not only in business!\"As Managing Director and Senior Executive I successfully made use of my functional background and industry experience to successfully develop and implement Business strategies including the operational implementation for the entire organisation.
