As a Principal Scientist at Absolute, I leverage my expertise in Biochemistry and Microbiology to explore the potential of natural and microbial components for innovative formulations development which includes AS, SC, OD, EC, WP, WSP, WDG and Microencapsulation. With over 20 years of experience in research and development, I have a proven track record of optimizing fermentation processes, enhancing efficiency, and developing new products. I am also a fellow life member of the Society of Plant Research Vegetos Springer and the Association of Plant Science Research, demonstrating my commitment to advancing knowledge in the field. Skilled Internal Auditor for ISO NPOP, USDA NOP, EU and JAS organic certifications; FoSTAC and Other Food and Pharma Audits. Lead Auditor for ISO QMS standards. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of the organization by applying my skills in Quality, process optimization, analytical chemistry, and regulatory compliance.
