He currently serves as the Director of the Training and Placement Cell at Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology (Deemed to be University), where he plays a pivotal role in guiding and empowering students toward successful careers and industry preparedness.Alongside this leadership role, Dr. Kumar holds the position of Senior Associate Professor in Marketing at the NICE School of Business Studies, a constituent of Shobhit University, Meerut—an institution accredited with an \"A\" Grade by NAAC and recognized as one of Uttar Pradesh’s leading centers of higher learning.With over 12 years of rich experience in teaching and research, Dr. Kumar has made significant contributions in areas such as Marketing Management, Retail Management, Agricultural Marketing, and Digital Marketing. His academic journey is marked by a consistent focus on innovation and excellence in the ever-evolving field of marketing.He has successfully mentored numerous Ph.D. and M.Phil. scholars, nurturing future academicians and professionals.
