Research Scientist, Currently working on CAR-T cell therapy and engineered cellular therapeutics, including lentiviral gene delivery, primary T-cell engineering, and functional in-vitro assay development, contributing to translational immuno-oncology research.In my doctoral research at DBT-CDFD, I meticulously evaluated a novel library of over 70 compounds Employing a combination of in vitro(70), in silico(6), and in vivo(1) approaches to identify a promising anti-cancer drug candidate. Through rigorous scrutiny, one compound showcasing significant potential for further development as a therapeutic agentTransitioning to CSIR-CCMB, my current work is centered on the development of novel small molecules aimed at mitigating the complexities of Parkinson\'s disease. Responsible for lentiviral vector production and titration, primary T-cell isolation, activation, expansion, and transduction workflows. Actively involved in plasmid design, molecular cloning, and Gibson assembly for gene delivery constructs. Perform in-vitro functional assays including cytotoxicity studies and ELISA-based analyses, with data interpretation. Contribute to preclinical and translational research efforts while maintaining detailed experimental documentation and supporting SOP development in a regulated laboratory environment.
