An experienced team player who is accustomed to working with tight deadlines where time Management and organisation are essential. Always keen to learn new ideas and concepts from all my colleagues as well as myself; this makes me a flexible worker who can adapt to any situation or project given to me.I was introduced to Clinical Research and started afresh 13 years ago and found it so engrossing and interesting that I decided to stay with it for rest of my life. My journey in clinical trials have been super exciting and filled with learnings. I am glad that I could be part of this constantly rejuvenating and rewarding industry which helped realise my potentials in areas that were little known to me.I have been involved of end to end clinival trial services offering comprehensive set of services throughout the complete trial process. Further, to elaborate I was handling Project Management/ Clinical Trial Monitoring in my previous roles along with managing operations, conducting on-site and remote monitoring based on relevant guidelines and SOPs.I have also got the opportunity to extensively review all kinds of monitoring visit reports and seamless approval while escalating any safety issues or certain site specific or CRA specific trends.I have also been instrumental in creating report templates and trainings wherever required.In my current organization I am involved into Clinical Operations, Project Management, People Management and Line Management.
