Dr Aarti Sahu is a consultant Obstretician and Gynaecologist and runs her own establishment SAHU WELLBEING CLINIC at Rohtak, Haryana. She is an alumni of the prestigious PGIMS, Rohtak from where she did both her graduation and post graduation. She was awarded the coveted Pfizer Best Medical Graduate Award in the year 1998. Dr Aarti was also a gold medalist in her post graduation. She has more than 15 years experience as a practicing gynaecologist. Her areas of special interest are Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health especially PCOS and Infertility. Dr. Aarti is medical advisor to Sehat foundation, a non profit organization committed to expand awareness, capacity building and providing trustworthy inclusive healthcare to the rural population of India. She is also a frequent speaker at local educational institutions and is committed to impart Sexuality Education in young adults Apart from being a medical professional, Dr Aarti believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is a Diploma in Women Empowerment and Development from IGNOU, a certified counsellor and ACT therapist. She is also a certified EFT practitioner. She is a storyteller, motivational speaker and lifestyle coach and runs a You Tube channel, Lets Talk. Dr. Aarti blends spirituality with medical practice to bring about healing for her patients.
