I aim to be a talent master by maximizing the strengths and leadership of those I serve to achieve their personal goals as well as actualize the organization’s mission. Considered a highly motivated, influential, and innovative leader with 25+ years of experience in PK-16 education, I have a successful track record of exceptional leadership in the most challenging environments. Having served as a teacher, assistant principal, dean, principal supervisor, assistant superintendent, chief schools officer, and leadership consultant, I have a keen awareness of the intricacies of the intersection of leadership in education. I have a proven ability to coach, develop and support leaders in advancing school improvement by executing solid plans of action to improve student achievement. My commitment to strengthening school leaders led to the creation of my organization, Future School Leaders Network (FSLN), which has provided mentorship and personal leadership development to over 200 educators since 2016. I firmly believe that the job of any leader is to grow more leaders. I leverage my passion for leading through blogs, keynote speaking, state/national presentations, and through social media as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Education.
