   Served as a Project Manager/Senior Quality Engineer for the Supply Chain organization managing multiple projects including (1) leading supply chain efforts in developing, implementing and standardizing all Purchase Order Quality Codes for all subcontracted hardware resulting in commonality among programs, more consistent source inspections, cost savings and increased compliance to requirements,(2) championing a Kaizen event at a key supplier for a critical component resulting in product improvements and a cost reduction of over a half million dollars per year through implementation of key manufacturing and enhanced test changes. Re-engineered production layouts increasing output, optimizing traffic flow and move safe awareness and (3) leading and restructuring critical Manufacturing and Test Readiness Reviews throughout the supply chain to determine the level of preparedness prior to build and test while implementing robust process improvements including process proofing of key equipment and identifying and managing risk. Managed sub-tier supplier base by smart upstream engagement which drove performance relative to quality, cost and schedule and driving accountability. Additionally, managed and implemented the Supplier Quality Audit Program that encompassed scheduling, coordinating and on-site surveying and process audits of 30 plus major suppliers. Re-engineered data tools to incorporate lessons learned, sub-tier escapes and anomaly recurrences during the audit review process.
