Last year I celebrated 10 years in business with my co-director Shelley Thomas. As you might imagine there have been some real highs and lows but our friendship has only grown and grown. Our partnership with Crestcom International has been fantastic for us. We get to work with some incredible customers who really value what we can do for their key people. There is nothing else quite like Bullet Proof Manager, even though it has been established for over 25 years in 60 countries and bought by more than businesses. It is comforting to know that over 1 million managers have completed our training and process in every conceivable industry sector from banking to manufacturing. Its not ‘show’ training its ‘grow training’. Many are skeptical when we tell them an average ROI for our clients is more than 600% but a very high number of them become repeat customers when they find out for themselves. Barclays Bank, Dell Inc, Ricoh and Sony all did. They represent some of our larger customers but many have as few as 20 employees.A key role is leveraging my background and experience in sales and account management to ensure as many businesses in our area get to hear about what we do as possible because once tried, they love it. Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire have such a concentration of exciting and dynamic businesses and I look forward to meeting as many as possible.
