   My primary job is to work with Offering Managers, architects & sales leaders to design and develop new courses (L1, L2, L3 & L4) and sales enablement content across all IBM Power Systems offerings and sales plays, with the primary goal of Empowering IBM sellers, tech sellers and Business Partners with knowledge and insights they need to progress and accelerate their sales opportunities. I have developed technical courses in the field of AI, Application & Banking Modernization, Hybrid Cloud and IBM Power server specific technical enablement for IBM Power sellers. It includes creating hands-on labs/workshop as well as conducting technical workshops for partners and IBMers. In the recent past, I have created courses using GenAI tools (podcast-based learning, using AI to create audio transcripts for client and seller decks, AI based grading etc) to improve the course\'s quality, consumability and time to market.I have participated in multiple IBM technical conferences as a technical speaker as well as hands-on lab/workshop author, delivering experiential learning to field teams.Through my work, I aim to quickly and easily connect IBM sellers and partners to the most relevant content to empower and support them in their sales activities.
