Management of the project transforming infrastructure and Ops services delivered in branches for all 631 Norauto centers (Hybrids IS, Edge computing, micro services)- Supporting the Project implementing the new Norauto IS across the entire Infrastructure and Operations perimeter- Management of several tack forces on security topics (recover full IS in a business unit after a cryptolocker attack), DRP/BCP (Build and roll out a backup solution for a critical app hosted in public could in several weeks), and managing the sale of a BU and all its shops, taking into account the security of corporate and customer data- Following the acquisition of ATU (550 stores in Germany and Austria) by the Mobivia group, I led and accompanied ATU Austria in the transformation of their 25 branches on Infrastructure and Operations perimeter, meaning technical and operational migration of all stores and Headquarter.
