ABOUT DAVID PEREZ

Born and raised in South Florida, I attended & graduated from Forest Hill High School in 2010. I went on to take several certification courses at Palm Beach State & Broward Colleges based on Web Development, Graphic Design Technology, & Web Programming. While I attended high school as a young teen, I developed & managed a successful and profitable online e-Commerce business selling HVAC parts & equipment throughout the U.S, Canada, Europe, and Latin America, which I still manage and run today. As a child, I grew up under my father\'s wing in the Commercial HVAC trade acquiring my knowledge and background in Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning. I\'ve jointly worked with major HVAC Manufacturers & Distributors gaining experience in purchasing & logistics and took care of the sales & marketing for a local HVAC company. I also worked as a breakfast cook for the 90 Sands Hotel in New York, cooking breakfast for about guests daily. There, I learned discipline, organization, culinary skills and techniques while serving in various aspects of food service & hospitality.I\'m versatile, reliable, and efficient; with diversified skills which include: computer programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, & Python), web development, e-Commerce sales, content management systems (CMS), FTP file transfer, Microsoft Excel inventory data sheets, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HVAC distribution & sales, Commercial HVAC construction projects, plan reading, takeoffs, planswift cost estimating, proposal management, contract administration, project scheduling, project management, ordering/procurement, invoicing, client/vendor relations, shipping/receiving, logistics, print & digital marketing, business administration, culinary, food service, and hospitality skills.
