Every problem has been solved by understanding what drives individuals in daily life and how to create success by empowering those around us. Engineering, to me, is not just a job title, but the way in which we interact with the world around us and make connections to improve it. It is about linking seemingly unrelated problems and seeing a bigger picture. Whether it be figuring out how to cook for 40 guests, or how to optimize a line to produce a greater volume of tape, I get excited waking up in the morning knowing I get to interact with all kinds of people and bring a fresh perspective to problem solving.
