Managing all technical operations and aspects of TUI cruises fleet, currently responsible for MS3, MS4, NMS2 and new build InTUItion(MS8). • Involved in drydocking (DD) preparations and assisted with planning for major underwater, technical machinery, steel repairs, annual/5-year service(LSA, FEE, HI-FOG) and revitalisation projects.• Responsible for the latest edition to the fleet with a new LNG class vessel inTUItion(MS8)- working with the new-build teams in Fincantieri to provide technical feedback on the progress during ship specification preparation and implementation progress before delivery.• Managing vessel budgeting annually related to all technical aspects onboard (Marine, technical hotel and consumables).• Collaborated with RGG, TUI department to implement and execute design changes, including energy-related improvements to prepare the vessels for additional environment requirements, e.g, EEXI.• Working in close corporation with various classification societies to ensure all vessels were operating in compliance with international regulations, strong background knowledge: SOLAS, MARPOL, IMO, FLAG STATE, PORT Authorities and Classification society regulations(DNV).
